These tests are inexpensive, easily undertaken online, and are amazingly accurate. A range of tests have been undertaken by industry that allows benchmarking against a large database of previous candidates. They reveal how a candidate is likely to react in a given environment, what motivates them and what are past traits and likely future behaviours. As part of this service Grant helps you interpret the results and how the candidate will likely react, given the job description.
